All shoe and boot orders can take 1-3 weeks for delivery (with some exceptions ) and some may be back-ordered and take longer . Please order as early as possible and tell us the date you need them by.

These shoes and boots are made especially for performers so are extra comfortable for standing all day at a convention or performing skits and dances. Boots have Zippers and are stretch Pleather for easy comfortable fit. They run small from toe to heal so if you are a half size order the next higher size. (for instance If you are 6.5 order a 7, but if you are a 6 order a 6 ).
Shoes and boots are non-refundable but can be exchanged for the same item in another size if the size doesn't fit and shoes are still in mint unworn condition.

How to care for your Boots and shoes: Black scuff marks are not uncommon. For most of our boots and shoes
a gentle cleaning with a grease cutting liquid dish soap or W-D40 (also shines it up) should work. For tougher marks try Soft Scrub or another nonabrasive cleaner. Be gentle so as not to damage the finish on the boot or shoe. If your shoe or boot is custom colored (like the Venus and Jupiter shoes for instance) use only cool soapy water and nothing abrasive. These items can be touched up with Acrylic Paint.
